MISSION STATEMENT

"The Community Police Review Commission was created in order to promote public confidence in the professionalism and accountability of the sworn staff of the
Riverside Police Department."
 

Pursuant to Government code section 54954.2 the Community Police Review Commission will conduct a meeting at the above time and place for the purpose of transacting or discussing business as identified on this agenda.  Any member of the public wishing to address the board on any of today’s agenda items should submit a “Request to Speak” form to the Administrative Secretary prior to the commencement of the meeting.

       pertaining to PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERSONNEL MATTERS.

  8.  Hill Officer-Involved Death (OID) Evaluation Process

 Discussion and further action, if any, of the Commission's public report regarding the officer-involved death of Joseph Hill
 on October 19, 2006, Stage II, Fact Certification Process:

 A)   Commission Discussion of Underlying Facts

 B)   Identification of Additional Facts for Future Commission Discussion, if any

 C)   Initiate discussion of Stage III, Policy & Procedure Certification Process
