Appointments take priority. Walk-in customers are seen as time and agent availability permit until capacity is reached between appointments, cancellations and no-shows. Arrive early as walk-ins may experience long wait times.

Application(s) must be completed and filled out in black ink prior to your appointment and you must have all required documentation and payments as indicated on flyer above to avoid delays.

Can I expedite my application?
Expedite Service of passport applications is available for an additional fee of $60.00. Please visit the Department of State's website at http://www.travel.state.gov for further information.
Department of State offers 1-3 day Express Mail of the passport book only to the applicant once the application is processed for $23.36 payable to Department of State (check, money order, or cashier's check only). The Department of State CANNOT Express Mail a passport card.
The City Clerk's Office offers 1-3 day Express Mail of your application to the Department of State for $31.11 payable to the City of Riverside (check or cash only)
