NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE
|

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the City
Council of the City of Riverside, California, will be held on
June 16, 2009, at 6:30 p.m., in the Art Pick Council Chamber,
3900 Main Street, Riverside, California, for
a resolution of the City Council of the City of Riverside,
California, authorizing the City Attorney to cooperate with the
League of California Cities, other cities, and counties in
litigation challenging the constitutionality of any seizure by
State government of the City’s street maintenance funds.
Notice of this Special Meeting is furnished to the Mayor, each
Member of the City Council, the newspapers, television stations,
and radio stations within the City of Riverside in compliance
with the Charter of the City of Riverside, and applicable laws
of the State of California.
