PLEASE NOTE--The numerical order of items on this agenda is for convenience of reference. Items may be taken out of order upon request of the Mayor or Members of the City Council and Redevelopment Agency.

Pursuant to the City Council Meeting Rules adopted by Resolution No. 21553, the Members of the City Council and the public are reminded that they must preserve order and decorum throughout the Meeting. In that regard, Members of the City Council and the public are advised that any delay or disruption in the proceedings or a refusal to obey the orders of the City Council or the presiding officer constitutes a violation of these rules.

1. Update on Riverside Renaissance Initiative projects (All Wards)

2. Public Comment Period - This is the portion of the meeting specifically set aside to invite your comments regarding any items on closed sessions, Redevelopment Agency Consent Calendar, or other matters within the jurisdiction of the Redevelopment Agency - Individual audience participation is limited to 3 minutes and you will be asked to state your name and city of residence.

AGENCY CONSENT CALENDAR--All matters listed under the CONSENT CALENDAR are considered routine by the Agency and may be enacted by one motion in the form listed below. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless, before the Redevelopment Agency votes on the motion to adopt, Members of the Redevelopment Agency or staff request specific items be removed from the Consent Calendar for separate action.

Removed consent items will be discussed immediately after adoption of the balance of the Consent Calendar.

3. Appropriate interest earned on 2007 Tax-Exempt and Taxable Bond Funds of $4,806,415.32 to Unprogrammed Bond Funds Accounts for future eligible projects - Supplemental appropriations (All Wards)

Riverside Renaissance - Joint item with Redevelopment Agency - Transfer $1,000,000 from Unprogrammed 2007 Tax Exempt Bond Funds for Bobby Bonds Resilient Soccer Field Project - 2060 University Avenue - A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, adopting findings pursuant to Health & Safety Code Section 33445 and authorizing payment of costs for publicly owned projects within or without the University/Sycamore Canyon Redevelopment Project Area for improvements consisting of the installation of a resilient soccer field at Bobby Bonds Park - A Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Riverside, California, adopting findings pursuant to Health & Safety Code Section 33445 and authorizing payment of costs for publicly owned projects within or without the University/Sycamore Canyon Redevelopment Project Area for improvements consisting of the installation of a resilient soccer field at Bobby Bonds Park - Waive further readings (Ward 2)

20. Purchase order with Accurate Air Engineering, Inc., for not-to-exceed $103,213.48 from Public Works Department budget for repair of two co-generation facility gas compressors at Water Quality Control Plant - 5950 Acorn Street (All Wards)

21. Riverside Renaissance - A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, dedicating and accepting certain City-owned land westerly from the centerline of Van Buren Boulevard and adjacent to Van Buren Boulevard between Doolittle/Jurupa Avenues and Morris Street; and the northeasterly and southeasterly corners of the intersection of Van Buren Boulevard and Central Avenue; as permanent easements and rights-of-way for public street improvements and highway purposes, public sidewalks and landscaping, to become and be known as Van Buren Boulevard - Waive further reading (Wards 3 and 7)

A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, amending Resolution No. 20807 known as the Parking Schedule Resolution to remove the existing two-hour parking between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. any day except Sunday and holidays and establish a 20-minute parking zone between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. except Saturday, Sunday and holidays, on the east side of Orange Street from Fifth Street to 143 feet northerly thereof - Waive further reading (Ward 1)

A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, amending Resolution No. 20807 known as the Parking Schedule Resolution to remove the existing no parking zone between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday except holidays on both sides of Coral Tree Lane from Joshua Tree Road and westerly to the cul-de-sac of Coral Tree Lane - Waive further reading (Ward 5)
