Public Safety Committee recommends introduction of an Ordinance of the City of Riverside, California, amending Title 5 of the Riverside Municipal Code by amending Chapter 5.58 relating to security alarm systems - Introduce an Ordinance of the City of Riverside, California, amending Title 5 of the Riverside Municipal Code by adding Chapter 5.59 relating to fire alarm systems - A Resolution of the City Council of Riverside, California, establishing penalties for false alarm responses by the Police and Fire Department pursuant to Chapters 5.58 and 5.59 of the Riverside Municipal Code relating to security and fire alarm systems - A Resolution of the City Council of Riverside, California, amending Fees and Charges Resolution No. 21155 by removing the fees for police and fire false alarm responses and increasing the fee for security alarm permits - Waive further readings - Introduce an Ordinance of the City of Riverside, California, amending the Riverside Municipal Code by amending Section 3.30.030 relating to fees and service charges by amending Sub-section (A) to revise certain service designations, to provide for the revised percentage of cost recovery for certain City services and to establish the cost recovery levels for other City services not previously established, all in response to the Annual Cost Control Study; to reduce false security and fire alarm responses to ensure greater public safety (All Wards)
