1. Case P07-1264 - City of Riverside - Amend Mission Grove Specific Plan to allow advertising statuary signs for approximately 1.26 vacant acres for Chili’s Bar and Grill Restaurant - A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, amending the Mission Grove Specific Plan Development Standards, Section F., Retail Commercial to facilitate the development of a national chain restaurant - Waive further reading - 499 Alessandro Boulevard (Ward 4)

2. Case P07-1232 - Appeal - Yolanda Flavela - Zoning Administrator’s denial of administrative variances to legalize existing 449-square-foot accessory structure setback of four feet from rear property line where minimum five feet is required for guest house originally developed as laundry and storage room - 4278 Via San Jose (Ward 3)

3. 13. Amend 2007-08 Housing and Urban Development Annual Action Plan to allocate $100,000 from Community Development Block Grant funds to Path of Life Ministries for operation of City Emergency Shelter Program - 2840 Hulen Place - Funds transfer (Ward 1)

14. CONSENT CALENDAR--All matters listed under the CONSENT CALENDAR are considered routine by the City Council and may be enacted by one motion in the form listed below. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless, before the City Council votes on the motion to adopt, Members of the City Council or staff request specific items be removed from the Consent Calendar for separate action.

General Services

23. Increase purchase order with Eagle Road Service to $60,027 through June 30, 2008, from General Services budget for recapped tires for City vehicles (All Wards)

Award Bid 6583 to Meadows Construction Services, Inc. for installation of energy, safety and Americans with Disabilities Act improvements in the second phase of the City Hall Expansion Project and updated scope of work to contract with SMC Construction Company - Supplemental appropriation (All Wards)
