of order upon request of the Mayor or Members of the City
Council and Redevelopment Agency.
Pursuant to the City Council Meeting Rules adopted by
Resolution No. 21573, the Members of the City Council and the
public are reminded that they must preserve order and decorum
throughout the Meeting. In that regard, Members of the City
Council and the public are advised that any delay or disruption
in the proceedings or a refusal to obey the orders of the City
Council or the presiding officer constitutes a violation of
these rules.

1. Case P06-1449 - Appeal - Somerset Historic District Residents
- Land Use Committee recommends Certificate of Appropriateness
to legalize fence constructed without benefit of permits on
approximately 1.29-acre non-contributing property to Somerset

2. Case P07-0392 and P07-0395 - Appeal - John Isaacson on behalf
of Greyhound Lines, Inc. - Planning Commission denial of

5. Riverside Renaissance - Purchase and Sale Agreement with
Edward J. and Sandra C. Deery for $1,936,000 for acquisition and
$200,000 for title, escrow fees, relocation, board-up,
demolition, and related closing costs from Un-programmed 2007
Taxable Bond Funds Account for land assembly in Five Points area

6. Riverside Renaissance - Transfer $350,000 from La
Sierra/Arlanza Un-programmed 2007 Tax-Exempt Funds Bond Account
