cards are available on the table at the entrance of Mayor’s
Ceremonial Room. Speaker cards will be accepted until the agenda
item is called.

CHAIR LOVERIDGE CALLS MEETING TO ORDER
1. Public Comment Period - This is the portion of the meeting
specifically set aside to invite your comments regarding agenda
items 2-8 and/or matters within the jurisdiction of the
Oversight Board - Individual audience participation is
limited to 3 minutes and you will be asked to state your name
and city of residence. Please complete and submit a speaker card
to the City Clerk.

3. Revised Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule for former
Redevelopment Agency expenditures from January 1 through June
30, 2012, and Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule for former
Redevelopment Agency expenditures from July 1 through December
31, 2012 (All Wards)
4. Guidelines and disposition of Agency property assets -
Agreements with Len Perdue for $30,500 and RP Laurain and
Associates for $3,400 for appraisal services and Stewart Title
Company for $10,000 for preliminary title reports (All Wards)
5. A Resolution of the Oversight Board for the City of Riverside
as Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Riverside approving the transfer of certain Redevelopment Agency
property assets to the City of Riverside for continued and
future use as public facilities - Waive further reading (All
Wards)
6. A Resolution of the Oversight Board for the City of Riverside
as Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Riverside approving the transfer of housing responsibilities and
assets to the Housing Authority of the City of Riverside - Waive
further reading - Authorize use of remaining housing bond
proceeds by Housing Authority - Repayment schedule for
Redevelopment Low and Moderate Housing Set-aside fund loans
totaling $20,571,233 (All Wards)
7. Confirm various former Redevelopment Agency-owned properties
have enforceable obligations and not subject to general
