2. Case P11-0165 - City of Riverside - Rezoning amendments to
allow horses and livestock on existing single-family residential
properties between Jurupa and Grand Avenues and Santa Ana River
- Introduce an Ordinance of the City of Riverside, California,
amending the Zoning Map of the City of Riverside pursuant to
Chapter 19.090 of the Riverside Municipal Code applying the
Residential Livestock (“RL”) Overlay Zone to property situated
at 5998 Londonderry Drive within the Grand Neighborhood
(Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 187-161-002 and 187-161-004) -
Introduce an Ordinance of the City of Riverside, California,
amending the Zoning Map of the City of Riverside pursuant to
Chapter 19.090 of the Riverside Municipal Code by rezoning
property situated at 5998 Londonderry Drive (Assessor’s Parcel
Number 187-161-003) from the Public Facilities (PF) Zone to the
Single Family Residential (R-1-7000) Zone and Residential
Livestock (RL) Overlay Zone - Introduce Ordinances of the City
of Riverside, California, amending the Zoning Map of the City of
Riverside pursuant to Chapter 19.090 of the Riverside Municipal
Code applying the Residential Livestock (“RL”) Overlay Zone to
properties situated at 5893 and 5903 Grand Avenue and 5314 and
5453 Grassy Trail Drive within the Grand Neighborhood (Ward 1)

3. SIFMA Remarketing Management Policy - Resolution of the City
Council of the City of Riverside, California, authorizing
certain actions related to interest rate resets and remarketings
of a previously authorized and issued series of Variable Rate
Refunding Water Revenue Bonds of the City - Waive further
