Pursuant to the City Council Meeting Rules adopted by Resolution No. 22131, the Members of the City Council and the public are reminded that they must preserve order and decorum throughout the Meeting. In that regard, Members of the City Council and the public are advised that any delay or disruption in the proceedings or a refusal to obey the orders of the City Council or the presiding officer constitutes a violation of these rules.

Joint item with the Redevelopment Agency and Housing Authority - Redevelopment update - A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, re-affirming the authorization of the City of Riverside to become the “Successor Agency” to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Riverside pursuant to AB 1X 26 (The Redevelopment Agency Dissolution Act) - A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, electing not to retain the responsibility to perform housing functions previously performed by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Riverside and designating the Housing Authority of the City of Riverside as the entity to retain the responsibility to perform housing functions previously performed by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Riverside pursuant to AB 1X 26 (The Redevelopment Agency Dissolution Act) - A Resolution of the Housing Authority of the City of Riverside, California, accepting the City of Riverside’s designation of the Housing Authority to be responsible to perform all housing functions of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Riverside pursuant to AB 1X 26 (The Redevelopment Agency Dissolution Act) - Waive further readings (All Wards)
