this agenda is for convenience of reference. Items may be taken
out of order upon request of the Mayor or Members of the City
Council/Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency.
Pursuant to the City Council Meeting Rules
adopted by Resolution No. 22131, the Members of the City
Council/Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency and the
public are reminded that they must preserve order and decorum
throughout the Meeting. In that regard, Members of the City
Council/Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency and the
public are advised that any delay or disruption in the
proceedings or a refusal to obey the orders of the City
Council/Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency or the
presiding officer constitutes a violation of these rules.

14. Business Ready strategy - A Resolution of the City Council
of the City of Riverside, California, (1) waiving the formal
bidding requirements of Resolution No. 21182 with respect to
contracting with Avolve Software Corporation for procurement of
ProjectDox software for electronic plan submittal and review
process management for the business first initiative and (2)
authorizing the City Manager to execute the necessary contract
documents for the same for $406,440 from unappropriated balance
of Public Utilities Electric Fund, Public Utilities Water Fund,
and Air Quality Fund - Waive further reading - Supplemental

15. Power Sales Agreements with Southern California Public Power
Authority for approximately $4.5 million annually commencing
Fiscal Year 2015-16 with annual escalation of 1.5% thereafter
for renewable solar photovoltaic energy and Renewable Energy
