MAYOR’S NOMINATING AND SCREENING COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Joint Meeting of the City Council and the Mayor’s Nominating and Screening Committee of the City of Riverside, California, will be held on Tuesday, June 15, 2010, at 1 p.m., in the Mayor's Ceremonial Room, 3900 Main Street, Riverside, California, to hear the Code of Ethics complaint of Michael Morales.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, will be held on June 15, 2010, at 6:30 p.m., in the Art Pick Council Chamber, 3900 Main Street, Riverside, California, to conduct a closed session pursuant to Government Code §54956.9(a) to confer with and/or receive advice from legal counsel concerning City of Riverside v. Pizza Hut, Inc., et al., Riverside County Superior Court, Case Nos. RIC 10009334 and MVC 10002785.

Notice of this Special Meeting is furnished to each Member of the City Council and the Mayor’s Nominating and Screening Committee, the newspapers, television stations, and radio stations within the City of Riverside in compliance with the Charter of the City of Riverside, and applicable laws of the State of California.
