NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE

NOTICE IS
HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the Redevelopment Agency
of the City of Riverside, California, will be held on February
23, 2010, at 3 p.m., in the City Council Board Room, 3900 Main
Street, Riverside, California, for a closed session pursuant to
Government Code �54956.8 to instruct Agency’s Negotiator,
Bradley J. Hudson, regarding price and terms of payment for the
purchase, sale, exchange or lease of property generally
described as the southeast corner of Fifth and Market Streets
and southeast corner of Sixth and Market Streets, APNs
213-182-003, 004, 005, 006, and 010 and 213-222-001, 002, and
003, respectively; by Hyatt Place Hotel/Fox Plaza; Siavash
Barmand, MetroRiverside, LLC, Negotiator.
Notice of
this Special Meeting is furnished to the Mayor, each Member of
the Redevelopment Agency, the newspapers, television stations,
and radio stations within the City of Riverside in compliance
with the Charter of the City of Riverside, and applicable laws
of the State of California.
