10. Clean and Green Sustainable Riverside Action Plan-Emerald City update (All Wards)

City of Riverside - Electrical Subtransmission Project Initial Study, Mitigated Negative Declaration, and Mitigation and Monitoring Reporting Program for construction of three double-circuit 69 kV sections of subtransmission lines and upgrade to eight existing associated substations including addition of three circuit breakers at Riverside Substation - Between State Highway 91 and Interstate 215 along Commerce Street, Tenth Street, Victoria Avenue, Eleventh Street, Sedgwick Avenue, and Twelfth Street, through University of California Riverside (UCR) West Campus, along Chicago Avenue between Twelfth Street and 1,200 feet southerly of Martin Luther King Boulevard, and adjacent to westerly side of Interstate 215 between the UCR campus and El Cerrito Drive (Wards 1, 2, 4, and 5)
