Cases P09-0113 and P09-0112 - CT Realty Corporation - Planning Commission recommends amending General Plan land use designation of 3.3 vacant acres from MDR-Medium Density Residential to B/OP Business Office Park and rezoning from R-1-7000-Single-Family Residential Zone to BMP-Business Manufacturing Park to facilitate office and light industrial/manufacturing uses - 3203 Harrison Street (Ward 5)

b. Public Comment Period - This is the portion of the meeting specifically set aside to invite your comments regarding any items on closed sessions - Individual audience participation is limited to 3 minutes, and you will be asked to state your name and city of residence.

Riverside Renaissance - Joint item with Redevelopment Agency - Tyler Streetscape Improvement Program - Award Bid 6695 to All American Asphalt, Corona, for $1,238,066.40 from Public Works Department budget and La Sierra/Arlanza Redevelopment Project Area Un-programmed 2007 Tax Exempt Bond Funds Account for Tyler Street Improvements from State Route 91 to Hole Avenue - A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, adopting findings pursuant to Health & Safety Code Section 33445 and authorizing payment of costs for publicly owned projects within the La Sierra/Arlanza Redevelopment Project Area that consists of the construction of street, landscaping, lighting, and median improvements on Tyler Street between the 91 Freeway and Hole Avenue - A Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Riverside, California, adopting findings pursuant to Health & Safety Code Section 33445 and authorizing payment of costs for publicly owned projects within the La Sierra/Arlanza Redevelopment Project Area that consists of the construction of street, landscaping, lighting, and median improvements on Tyler Street between the 91 Freeway and Hole Avenue - Waive further reading - Funds transfer (Ward 6)
