Pursuant to the City Council Meeting Rules adopted by
Resolution No. 21553, the Members of the City Council and the
public are reminded that they must preserve order and decorum
throughout the Meeting. In that regard, Members of the City
Council and the public are advised that any delay or disruption
in the proceedings or a refusal to obey the orders of the City
Council or the presiding officer constitutes a violation of

public utility, street improvements and surveying work related
to Alvord Unified School District’s new Hillcrest High School
project on the southerly side of Indiana Avenue, between
Buchanan Street and Sayward Circle; (2) authorizing a
construction and reimbursement contract with Alvord Unified
School District; and (3) authorizing the City Manager to execute

miles-per-hour speed limit on Harrison Street from Magnolia to
Diana Avenues - Adopt an Ordinance of the City of Riverside,
California amending Section 10.76.010 of the Riverside Municipal
Code designating the prima facie speed limits for streets and
portions thereof in accordance with the provisions of Sections

27. Waste discharge regulations and Enforcement Response Plan
amendments to comply with United States Environmental Protection
Agency Pretreatment Regulations - Adopt an Ordinance of the City
