Case P08-0470 - Michael Stock - Rezone approximately 1.57 rear acres of 3.31-acre site from R-3-1500-Multi-Family Residential and University Specific Plan Overlay Zones to CR-Commercial Retail and University Avenue Specific Plan Overlay Zones to facilitate commercial development - Introduce an Ordinance of the City of Riverside, California, amending the zoning map of the City of Riverside pursuant to Chapter 19.090 of the Riverside Municipal Code by rezoning land from Zone R-3-1500 to Zone CR-SP - 1820-1860 University Avenue (Ward 2)

Set speed limit on De Anza Avenue from Central to Arlington Avenues to 25 miles-per-hour - Remove 40 miles-per-hour speed limit on Grace Street from Victoria to Dufferin Avenues and 25 miles-per-hour speed limit on Harrison Street from Magnolia to Diana Avenues - Introduce an Ordinance of the City of Riverside, California amending Section 10.76.010 of the Riverside Municipal Code designating the prima facie speed limits for streets and portions thereof in accordance with the provisions of Sections 10.20.020 and 10.20.030 (Wards 3, 4, and 5)
