Case P08-0948 - City of Riverside - Planning Commission recommends amending Hunter Business Park Specific Plan to establish procedural provisions and location, operational, and development standards for entertainment uses within existing “Eating and Drinking” establishments in General Industrial District - A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, amending the Hunter Business Park Specific Plan Development Standards and Design Guidelines to establish procedural provisions and location, operational and development standards in the General Industrial District of the Hunter Business Park Specific Plan - Waive further reading - Case P08-0491 - Appeal - Hector Gonzalez on behalf of Mexicali Bar and Grill - Planning Commission approval of conditional use permit for entertainment at existing 7,004-square-foot Mexicali Bar and Grill - 1690 Spruce Street (Ward 1)

Economic stimulus package to encourage and support development industry through deferral of Regional Park, Local Park, Traffic Signal Mitigation, and Local Traffic Impact Fees - Introduce an Ordinance of the City of Riverside, California to temporarily continue the amendments to Sections 16.44.040, 16.60.040, 16.64.030, and 16.64.040 of the Riverside Municipal Code, which were adopted as Ordinance No. 6979, and which deferred the payment of certain development impact fees until final inspection, and to repeal Ordinance No. 6979 (All Wards)

20. Mitigated Negative Declaration for construction of three-story, 28,000-square-foot Downtown Fire Station with fire apparatus storage, public reception area, living quarters, administrative offices, and fire museum - 3401 University Avenue (Ward 1)

23. Application to State of California, Department of Parks and Recreation for Land and Water Conservation funds of $225,000 to construct playground at Bobby Bonds Park - A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, approving the application for Land and Water Conservation Funds for the Bobby Bonds Park Playground Project; authorizing the filing of said application with the State Department of Parks and Recreation; accepting said grants; and authorizing the execution of the necessary documents - Waive further reading - Supplemental appropriation - 2060 University Avenue (Ward 2)

Riverside Renaissance - Award Bid 6679 to CS Legacy Construction, Inc., Chino, for $279,614 plus 15 percent contingency from Riverside Renaissance Certificates of Participation proceeds for construction of two tennis courts, gates, mow curb, benches, plaza area, drinking fountain, area lighting, irrigation modifications, and turf repair at Thundersky Park - 20540 Thundersky Circle (Ward 4)

Second Amendment to Exchange, Disposition, and Development Agreement with Friends of Riverside Airport, LLC, Van Buren Golf Center, LLC, and Riverside Gateway Plaza, LLC, to facilitate remediation and removal of toxic materials located on 59.53-acre Agricultural Park by June 30, 2009 - Between Crest and Rutland Avenues (Ward 7)

31. Agreement with Adkan Engineers for $202,602 from Public Works Department budget for preparation of environmental documents and construction plans for Jurupa Avenue Extension from Van Buren Boulevard to Rutland Avenue Project (Ward 7)
