request of the Mayor or Members of the City Council and
Redevelopment Agency.
Pursuant to the City Council Meeting Rules adopted by
Resolution No. 21553, the Members of the City Council and the
public are reminded that they must preserve order and decorum
throughout the Meeting. In that regard, Members of the City
Council and the public are advised that any delay or disruption
in the proceedings or a refusal to obey the orders of the City
Council or the presiding officer constitutes a violation of
these rules.

2. Case P06-1237 - Doug Jacobs - Appeal by Dr. Scott Fedick on

behalf of Save Our Chinatown Committee; and Kenneth Chan on

private funds raised by non-profit Riverside Public Library
Foundation and Friends of the Riverside Public Library as
supplements to the Library budget - A Resolution of the City

and all private funds contributed to the Riverside Public
Library be used to supplement and not supplant regular funding
of the Library by the City and repealing Resolution No. 19321 -
