Pursuant to the City Council Meeting Rules adopted by Resolution
No. 21553, the Members of the City Council and the public are
reminded that they must preserve order and decorum throughout the
Meeting. In that regard, Members of the City Council and the public
are advised that any delay or disruption in the proceedings or a
refusal to obey the orders of the City Council or the presiding

Transfer $500,000 from La Sierra/Arlanza 2007 Tax-Exempt Bonds Fund
Account to construct and install multi-use trails - A Resolution of
the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, adopting
findings pursuant to Health & Safety Code Section 33445 and
authorizing payment of costs for publicly owned projects within the
La Sierra/Arlanza Redevelopment Project Area consisting of the
construction of multi-use trails along Cypress Avenue and trail
related amenities at Challen Hill Park - A Resolution of the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Riverside, California, adopting
findings pursuant to Health & Safety Code Section 33445 and

preferential permit parking for residents, on both sides of: A)
Wakebridge Drive from Lockhaven Lane to Acheson Way; B) Acheson Way
from Midland Road to Penrod Drive; C) Penrod Drive from Acheson Way
to Cochran Avenue; D) Davenport Place from Wakebridge Drive to the

for Bicycle Transportation Account funds of $493,555.78 and
