PUBLIC HEARINGS/PLANNING REFERRALS AND APPEALS --Audience participation is encouraged.

1. Downtown Parking and Business Improvement Area annual levies - A Resolution of the City Council of Riverside, California, confirming the annual report of the Riverside Downtown Partnership acting in its capacity as the advisory board to the Downtown Parking and Business Improvement Area and levying assessments for calendar year 2009 - Waive further reading (Ward 1)

2. Case P08-0306 - Street vacation of Santa Fe Avenue, Jack B. Clarke Way, and Ninth Street - Atelier Architects on behalf of Riverside Packing House, LLC - Vacate approximately 220 lineal feet of Santa Fe Avenue between Jack B. Clarke Way and Ninth Street; 65 lineal feet of Jack B. A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, establishing the public use and necessity for which certain legally described real property is to be acquired by eminent domain, stating the statutory authority for such acquisition, and authorizing proceedings in eminent domain for the purpose of constructing a 400-space parking structure with ground floor retail at the intersection of Market Avenue and Sixth Street and to complete restoration of the Fox Theater - Waive further reading - 3605-3633 Market Street and 3654 Fairmount Boulevard (Ward 1)

13. A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, amending Resolution No. 20807 known as the Parking Schedule Resolution to a) establish a two-hour parking zone between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. of any day on the east side of Adams Street/Auto Center Drive from the BNSF Railroad right-of-way to 450 feet northerly thereof; b) establish a two-hour parking zone between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. except Saturday, Sunday and holidays on the west side of Adams Street/Auto Center Drive between Indiana Avenue and 350 feet south of Autobahn Court; c) remove the existing no parking zone at all times on the west side of Adams Street/Auto Center Drive from A.T. & S.F.
