Pursuant to the City Council Meeting Rules adopted by Resolution
No. 21553, the Members of the City Council and the public are
reminded that they must preserve order and decorum throughout the
Meeting. In that regard, Members of the City Council and the public
are advised that any delay or disruption in the proceedings or a
refusal to obey the orders of the City Council or the presiding
officer constitutes a violation of these rules.

Group, Inc. - Planning Commission denial of conditional use permit
and design review to establish one-story, 8,142-square-foot
Firestone tire shop with installation and minor repair on

Appropriate Neighborhood Stabilization Program Grant of $6,581,916
from Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008 for acquisition and
rehabilitation of foreclosed homes for rental or resale to eligible
City residents - Neighborhood Stabilization Program Plan and
Memorandum of Understanding with Redevelopment Agency and Housing
Authority for transfer of properties to Housing Authority acquired
with Neighborhood Stabilization Program and Targets of Opportunity
Program funds, and Professional Services Agreement with Fair Housing
Council of Riverside County for foreclosure mitigation counseling,
and implemental strategy to use Target of Opportunity funds to
expand efforts to mitigate current foreclosure actions (All Wards)
5. Riverside Renaissance - Transportation Committee recommends
approval of preliminary design alternative for Iowa Avenue Grade
Separation Project and installation of traffic signals at realigned
intersections of east and west Citrus Streets at Iowa Avenue
following completion of project (Ward 1)

Four-mile sewer line from intersection of Chicago Avenue and Le
Conte Drive, wly. through Tequesquite Arroyo, under State Route 91
