request of the Mayor or Members of the City Council and

Pursuant to the City Council Meeting Rules adopted by Resolution
No. 21553, the Members of the City Council and the public are
reminded that they must preserve order and decorum throughout the
Meeting. In that regard, Members of the City Council and the public
are advised that any delay or disruption in the proceedings or a
refusal to obey the orders of the City Council or the presiding
officer constitutes a violation of these rules.

1. Public Comment Period - This is the portion of the meeting
specifically set aside to invite your comments regarding any items
on closed sessions, Redevelopment Agency Consent Calendar, or other
matters within the jurisdiction of the Redevelopment Agency -
Individual audience participation is limited to 3 minutes and you
will be asked to state your name and city of residence.
PUBLIC HEARINGS/PLANNING REFERRALS AND APPEALS --Audience

2. Case P07-0705 - City of Riverside - Rezone approximately 16.4
acres developed with single- and multiple-family residences,
auto-related commercial uses, and vacant parcels from Zone
R-3-1500-Multiple Family Residential Zone and Zone CG-Commercial
General Zone to Zone R-1-7000-Single Family Residential Zone and
Zone CR-Commercial Retail Zone - Introduce an Ordinance of the City
of Riverside, California, amending the Zoning Map of the City of
Riverside pursuant to Chapter 19.090 of the Riverside Municipal Code
by rezoning land from Zone R-3-1500 to Zone R-1-7000 and from Zone
CG to Zone CR - 10910-11066 Bushnell Avenue (even numbered addressed

3. Riverside Renaissance - 2008 Master Plan, environmental review,
and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program for Hunter Hobby
Park to include on-site parking for approximately 234 vehicles,
lighted basketball and tennis courts, lighted baseball and soccer
fields, picnic shelters, playground, preservation of existing
railroad track, train station with covered boarding area, centrally
located restroom/concession buildings, storm drain improvements,
man-made lake, tree planting, and picnic and passive recreation

4. Joint item with Redevelopment Agency and Housing Authority -
Development Committee recommends Disposition and Development
Agreement with Riverside Housing Development Corporation for sale

manager’s office - 8813, 8969, 8981, 9035, 9057, 9089, 9097 and
9079 Indiana Avenue - Funds transfer - Supplemental appropriation -
A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riverside,
California, approving the sale of real property by the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Riverside pursuant to that Disposition and
Development Agreement by and between the Redevelopment Agency of the
City of Riverside and the Housing Authority of the City of Riverside

Sierra Landscape Company, Palm Desert, for $1,420,395 for Victoria
Avenue Improvement Plan Phase II, construction inspection, landscape
architect design services, and relocation of palm trees from Main
Street Mall to Victoria Avenue - Reject lowest bid from Jeff Tracy,
Inc., dba Land Forms Landscape Construction, Laguna Niguel, as being
non-responsible - A Resolution of the City Council of the City of
Riverside, California finding Jeff Tracy, Inc. dba Land Forms
Landscape Construction (Land Forms) to be a non-responsible bidder;
rejecting Land Forms’ bid proposal for Bid No. 6631 - Victoria
Avenue improvements and landscape construction; awarding contract to
second lowest bidder, Sierra Landscape Company - Waive further

AGENCY CONSENT CALENDAR--All matters listed under the CONSENT
