Pursuant to the City Council Meeting Rules adopted by Resolution
No. 21553, the Members of the City Council and the public are
reminded that they must preserve order and decorum throughout the
Meeting. In that regard, Members of the City Council and the public
are advised that any delay or disruption in the proceedings or a
refusal to obey the orders of the City Council or the presiding
officer constitutes a violation of these rules.

scheduled meeting time. Speaker cards can be found at the east

Sierra/Arlanza Fund Balance Account for acquisition of all or part
of approximately 28 properties, demolition of approximately 19
buildings, and relocation, appraisals, environmental studies, and
escrow related costs for Five Points Street Improvement Project - A
Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California,
adopting findings pursuant to Health & Safety Code Section 33445 and
authorizing payment of costs for publicly owned projects within the
La Sierra/Arlanza Redevelopment Project Area for improvements
consisting of right-of-way acquisition and street widening and
re-alignment at the intersection of La Sierra Avenue, Hole Avenue,
Bushnell Avenue, and Pierce Street - A Resolution of the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Riverside, California, adopting
findings pursuant to Health & Safety Code Section 33445 and
