MISSION STATEMENT
The City of Riverside is committed to providing high quality
municipal services to ensure a safe, inclusive, and livable
community PLEASE NOTE--The numerical order of items on this
agenda is for convenience of reference. Items may be taken out
of order upon request of the Mayor or Members of the City
Council and Redevelopment Agency.
Pursuant to the City Council Meeting Rules adopted by
Resolution No. 21553, the Members of the City Council and the
public are reminded that they must preserve order and decorum
throughout the Meeting. In that regard, Members of the City
Council and the public are advised that any delay or disruption
in the proceedings or a refusal to obey the orders of the City
Council or the presiding officer constitutes a violation of
these rules.

2. Cases P06-0028, P06-0029, and P08-0229 - Metro Pacific
Properties, LLC - Tentative Tract Map 34945 - Establish Block C
of the Fox Plaza Project for Mixed Use Development consisting of
8,285 square feet of retail/restaurant space and 40 residential
condominium units on approximately .71 acre developed with
surface parking lot - Certify the Final Environmental Impact
Report for Block C of the Fox Plaza Project as well as the
remaining Fox Plaza Project to develop up to an additional 492
residential condominium and live/work units and up to 64,915
square feet of retail/restaurant space - A Resolution of the

Municipal Code to include provisions for relocation of existing
