Pursuant to the City Council Meeting Rules adopted by
Resolution No. 21553, the Members of the City Council and the
public are reminded that they must preserve order and decorum

Council and the public are advised that any delay or disruption

3. Mayor Loveridge and Mayor Pro Tempore Schiavone recommend a
Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riverside,
California, expressing the City Council’s opposition to DHL’s
plan to expand its operations by contracting with Polar Air for
a nightly flight between Riverside and Asia which would involve
late-night landings and early-morning departures from the March
Air Reserve Base and authorizing the City Attorney to take all
necessary and appropriate legal action in order to oppose the
March Joint Powers Authority’s approval of this plan and to
otherwise abate the disproportionate noise impacts to the
citizens of the City of Riverside caused by DHL’s late-night and

specifically set aside to invite your comments regarding any
