Redevelopment Agency - Acquire property occupied by Discount Liquor and Miller’s Auto Upholstery for $924,000 and $75,000 for title, escrow, and site clearance from University Corridor/Sycamore Canyon 2007 Un-programmed Taxable Bonds to eliminate blight and facilitate future redevelopment - A Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Riverside, California, finding and determining the public interest and necessity for acquiring and authorizing the condemnation of certain interests in certain real property located within the University Corridor/Sycamore Canyon Redevelopment Project Area (University Avenue West Revitalization Project) - Waive further reading - Funds transfer (Cont. fr/3-11-07, Ward 2)
