  PLEASE NOTE:
  Members of the public who wish to address the Commission must complete and submit to the Clerk a blue "Request to Speak"
  form.  Please note the number of the agenda item(s) on which public comment will be made. 

Public comment will take place after the introduction of each agenda item, but prior to a guest speaker's presentation and / or the
  Commission's discussion of the item.  Each speaker may address the Commission for up to three (3) minutes.  During
  officer-involved death deliberations, family members or a family spokesperson may address the Commission for up to
  five (5) minutes.

       A)  RPD’s current citizen complaint form;

11.  OID Minority Reports

       A)  Whether or not to include minority reports in OID Public Reports;

       B)  If included,

            1)  the acceptable minority report format,

            2)  the process of accepting the minority report’s inclusion in an OID Public Report, and

            3)  the inclusion of this process in the CPRC By-Laws / Policies & Procedures.
