Public comment will take place after the introduction of each agenda item, but prior to a guest speaker's presentation and / or the
Commission's
discussion of the item. Each speaker may address the Commission for up to
three (3) minutes. During officer-
4:00 PM – TRAINING / SPECIAL MEETING (OPEN SESSION)
Public comment on any subject matter within the Commission's jurisdiction.
RPD Staff will provide demonstrations on the use of the COBAN video recording equipment and digital audio recorders.
Discussion and action, if any, on whether to accept Draft No. 3 of the 2010 Annual Report as complete.
