MISSION STATEMENT

"The Community Police Review Commission was created in order to promote

public confidence in the professionalism and accountability

of the sworn staff of the Riverside Police Department."

Pursuant to Government code section 54954.2 the Community Police Review Commission will conduct a meeting at the above
time and place for the purpose of transacting or discussing business as identified on this agenda
.

PLEASE NOTE: The scheduled hearing times are approximate. No item will be heard before its scheduled time but may
be heard later in the meeting.

Commission's discussion of the item. Each speaker may address the Commission for up to three (3) minutes. During
officer-involved death deliberations, family members or a family spokesperson may address the Commission for up to
five (5) minutes.

8. Officer-Involved Death (OID) Evaluation Process

A) Continued discussion and action, if any, on the Sanchez OID evaluation.

Discussion and action, if any, on whether to accept Draft No. 2 of the 2010 Annual Report as complete.
