      Chairwoman Corral called the meeting to order at 4:00 PM.

Laptop Training

Instructional question and answer session regarding software for digital conversion of case review.

      Personnel from the City's Information Technology Department trained commissioners on the process of
      accessing Laserfiche.  They also answered questions and verified installation of needed software programs
      on all laptops.

The Commission recessed at 4:50 PM, reconvening at 5:45 PM.

Eyewitness Credibility Training

Presentation by Attorney Paul Grech.

      Paul Grech, a local criminal defense attorney, spoke regarding the pros and cons associated with
      eyewitness credibility.

Questions and comments were limited to commissioners only.

Public Comments

Public comment on any subject matter within the Commission's jurisdiction.

Ms. Leslie Braden spoke regarding the Hill officer-involved death case.

      Adjournment

      The Commission adjourned at 7:05 PM.
