Complaint Form

Choose this option if you wish to file a complaint.  Once the information is received, it will be processed for investigation.
 

Commendation Form / Eglogio de Empleados

Choose this option if you wish to commend an officer for his or her performance.     Information submitted will be forwarded to the Riverside Police Department for processing.

PLEASE NOTE:
The Community Police Review Commission reviews complaints filed by the public alleging misconduct by sworn members of the City of Riverside Police Department (RPD).  The Commission cannot accept or review complaints concerning officers from any other law enforcement agency.
